Here is the first image of the next Modular set in the Creator Expert range unveiled by GRogall on Eurobricks (no doubt with the agreement of LEGO...): The 10232 Palace Cinema set is clearly (vaguely) inspired by Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
I'm not a huge fan of this line of buildings, but I have to admit that this one is, visually anyway, quite nice. Tan, Dark Red, nice curves, a nice roof, a limousine, projectors, 6 minifigs: Another top sales in perspective.
