The Insiders preview launch of the LEGO IDEAS set is underway 21356 River Steamboat (4090 pieces - €329,99) with an offer that allows you to get a copy of the promotional LEGO set 5009157 Amelia Ticket Booth (152 rooms).

This product is inspired by the idea called Western River Steamboat submitted in its time on the LEGO IDEAS platform by Aaron Hall aka CTDpower and LEGO has clearly this time really respected the fan designer's intention. This big Structure floating (which does not float) will offer removable sections to enjoy the interior, a paddle wheel connected to the steam engine as well as a rudder controlled from the helm of the boat. All is to be installed on a support provided to be displayed on the chest of drawers in the living room.

The and 5009157 Amelia Ticket Booth is automatically added to the basket as soon as the reference 21356 River Steamboat is also present, provided you have logged in to your LEGO Insiders account beforehand. If you have a LEGO Store near you, you should know that you can currently get a nice poster there which brings together the three sets sold so far since reboot from the The Lord of the Rings range at LEGO:

This 42 x 30 cm poster is usually free with the purchase of the LEGO ICONS set. 10354 The Lord of the Rings: The Shire, but you can always try asking politely if you can get a copy without having to spend €270.

It is not yet known whether this poster, bearing the reference 6594064, will one day be available online, for example via the Insiders rewards center, but the latest news is that it is indeed a product offered exclusively in LEGO Stores.

Remember, last January the publisher Dorling Kindersley unveiled the exclusive minifigure that will accompany the book LEGO Marvel Spider-Man Explore the Spider-Verse and Cyborg Spider-Man then had a slight pad printing problem on the official visual.

This error, which had nevertheless passed the usual checks to end up online in the catalogs of many brands as is, has since been corrected and an official visual of the correct version of the figurine has been made public.

For those who might be wondering if the "misprint"of the character with his badly placed face pad printing had a chance of ending up inserted in a few copies of the book, I doubt it and I think that the publisher will have corrected the situation before sending the books to its retailers.

Mark your calendars, LEGO is announcing a live event on April 15, 2025 at 17:30 p.m. to unveil the big new addition to the LEGO Star Wars range, which will be available from the beginning of May during the usual May the 4th sales promotion.
