15th anniversary of the LEGO NINJAGO range: a board game published by Asmodee scheduled for July 2026

The LEGO NINJAGO range is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, and game publisher Asmodee will be releasing a new licensed board game on July 30, 2026. Destiny's Bounty Adventures.

The premise of this family game remains somewhat unclear; all we know is that it involves playing as young ninjas and defending the Destiny's Bounty by resisting attacks from villains. It remains to be seen whether it's a genuinely good and entertaining board game or just a cash grab using the license as a pretext to sell more games.

More interestingly, this product will include a brand-new, exclusive Nya minifigure. The inclusion of an exclusive minifigure in a product like this is quite surprising, as these minifigures are usually reserved for a few books published by DK. This was undoubtedly the price to pay to guarantee sufficient sales volume to recoup the product's development costs. The game will include a total of four minifigures and a handful of accessories.
