Coming in 2025: LEGO Minifigure A Visual History Updated and Expanded

The ever-prolific publisher Dorling Kindersley (DK for short) has announced the release of an updated version of the book entitled LEGO Minifigure A Visual History whose previous edition dates from 2020.

This update features 304 pages listing over 2500 minifigs and providing some anecdotes and other information. facts about these figurines. This is not an exhaustive catalog, the book only highlights a selection of the most emblematic figurines by year of marketing and this new edition includes the most recent ranges.

This new version will be accompanied by an exclusive minifig inspired by the Blacktron universe, with a new pad printing on the torso and legs. I would have preferred to have this "modernized" version of the minifig in the LEGO ICONS set 10355 Blacktron Renegade (€99,99) rather than having to settle for the minimalist versions offered in the set, which are certainly more faithful to their counterparts sold in the 80s.
