If you love LEGO product boxes at least as much as what's inside them, you'll be glad to know that the official packaging visuals for the five finalist products from the sixth wave (Series 6) of the Bricklink Designer Program are now available.

We also get the "official" references for these products, with a numbering that logically follows that of the sets already sold as part of this program. These five new boxes, with their design still sober but elegant, are also stamped with the logo celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Bricklink platform.

As with every wave, you will have to be very patient if you are interested in some of these products: the pre-order phase for these five products will not begin before October 6, 2025 at 17:00 p.m. and the sets that collect at least 3000 pre-orders will then be produced in 30.000 copies and will be available in March 2026. No reissues planned, two sets maximum per household and per reference.

As you already know if you follow, I have grouped together all the instruction files in digital format for the sets already on the market on a dedicated page which can be found at this address.

The five finalist projects of the 6th wave of the Bricklink Designer Program will finally be available for pre-order starting October 6, 2025 at 17:00 p.m.

As usual, the sets that will gather at least 3000 pre-orders will be produced in 30.000 copies and will be available in March 2026. We also get the public prices of these five boxes, you now have a little over a month to decide whether to crack and pay the requested sums:

Maximum two copies of the same set per customer, no reissues, the inventory of each of these sets has been slightly revised upwards or downwards due to adjustments requested by LEGO from Fan Designers.

Remember, in 2018-2019, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the LEGO brand, Bricklink launched the AFOL Designer Program who would one day become the LEGO Bricklink Designer Program with 13 sets released for which digital instructions had never been released. This is now the case with files available for each of these boxes.

I've added all 13 instruction booklets in digital format to the Hoth Bricks server, as I have for all products from the various phases of this program. You can therefore retrieve them whenever you want without fear of Bricklink deleting them without warning:

The instructions for the five products from the Bricklink Designer Program's fourth crowdfunding round are now available for download in PDF format. If you're more interested in assembling these different creations than having the products in your collection, you can now grab the files that will allow you to build these five proposals. Note that there are no "official" printed versions of these instructions; even those who have purchased these different sets must download these files.

Even if you don't plan to get started right away, feel free to download and store the affected files, it's unclear how long Bricklink expects to keep them available and they're not live. on the service which usually allows you to recover the instructions for the official sets.

The instructions will, however, soon be available in digital format in the official LEGO application. The most courageous will perhaps try to have these files printed by an online printing service; several brands offer this type of service, even individually, with a pretty paperback booklet on arrival.

The five finalist projects of the eighth wave (Series 8) of the Bricklink Designer Program were selected from 379 competing proposals following the public vote launched last May.

As with every wave, you will have to be very patient if you are interested in some of these products: the pre-order phase for these five products will not begin before June 2026, the sets that gather at least 3000 pre-orders will then be produced in 30.000 copies and will be available at best during winter 2026. No reissue planned, two sets maximum per household and per reference.

In the meantime, the creators of these different projects will have plenty of time to rework them to make them comply with LEGO's requirements, with Bricklink indicating that this adaptation phase will take place between July 14, 2025 and May 1, 2026. The inventory currently indicated on the sheet for each of these products will therefore be likely to evolve according to these technical adaptations.

I remind those who are interested that each creator receives a 5% commission on the amount of sales and receives five copies of the final product. If one or more of these proposals does not reach the 3000 units required to go into production, its creator recovers all the rights to it and is free, for example, to sell the instructions himself.
