Misleading packaging?

Seen in the magazine 60 Millions de Consommateurs, an article on toys and in particular a review of LEGO products whose packaging does not really reflect the content.
The example of the 8091 Republic Swamp Speeder set is used to demonstrate that the box size and product visual are vastly oversized in relation to the size of the set when assembled.
Personally, I would say that this is not totally wrong, even if some sets (UCS in particular) have packaging roughly proportional to their content. From there to creating a controversy by implying that LEGO is scamming kids, do not exaggerate either .....
