And here is the exclusive LEGO set for the San Diego Comic Con: 130 pieces with Bag End in micro-scale format accompanied by Bilbo's minifig .... We'll have to fight on eBay.
The packaging is really well done. The minifigure is not exclusive; it's the same one available in sets 79000 Riddles for the Ring and 79004 Barrel Escape, released in 2013.
I don't yet have the selling price of the box on the LEGO stand, but I'm betting on $ 40 (Edit: price confirmed). The number of boxes on sale is very limited: 200 sets per day.
