He is an agent of HYDRA, in his version seen in many comics as well as in the video game LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. What to say ? Not much, the impression is nice, the "H" on the back of the head is welcome but I am less a fan of the overprinting of the muscles of the torso on the yellow straps. I understand the idea, but I find it unconvincing.
