If you like being offered stuff, know that LEGO is organizing an Easter egg hunt in its official stores (the real ones, not the Certified Stores) from April 2 to 16, 2022. We do not yet know how it will be possible to participate in this activity which should undoubtedly allow you to leave with polybags, but it will certainly be a question of locating some pictograms hidden in the shop in order to be able to claim a gift.
As it's free and probably without obligation to purchase, it is better to inquire in advance in your favorite LEGO Store to find out how to participate in this animation which could be reserved for the youngest. Don't push, there will be something for everyone.
If you have any information on this operation because you work in a LEGO Store or know someone who knows someone who knows what it is about, do not hesitate to tell us more in the comments, even from anonymous way.
Notice to all those who want to meet the fan designer of the LEGO Ideas set 21332 The Globe (199.99 €) and leave with a signed box: Guillaume Roussel aka Disneybrick55 will be present at the LEGO Store in the Forum des Halles (Paris) on Saturday February 5, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 00 p.m.
Two copies maximum per person, LEGO specifies that Guillaume Roussel will only sign this box and not the rest of the products on sale in the store. We do not yet know if other signing sessions are planned elsewhere in France.
Note that the set will be available on the official online store in LEGO Stores from February 1st.
It is the tradition, LEGO generally offers from 125 € of purchase a small set allowing to assemble a LEGO Store during the inauguration of official stores. Several references have followed one another over the years with the sets 3300003 LEGO Brand Retail Store (2012 - 2014) then 40145 LEGO Brand Store (2015 - 2021) and the manufacturer updates their promotional product for 2022.
To obtain this box, it will therefore be necessary to go to a new official store of the brand during the "official" inauguration period which generally follows the opening of the premises for a few days and spend the amount required to be offered this small set. .
Update : product instructions are now available in PDF format at this address (19.58 Mo).
The Italian company Percassi, which manages the LEGO Certified Stores established in France, Italy and Spain, is currently recruiting staff for a new boutique which will soon open its doors in the aisles of the Les 3 Fontaines shopping center in Cergy-Pontoise (95).
Note that recruitment is also in progress for Certified Store which is due to open in the Alma shopping center in Rennes (35).
Please note, as LEGO indicates, these shops set up by the Percassi company are not spaces directly managed by the brand: "... These LEGO® stores are owned and operated by approved independent third parties. Offers, promotions, prices and inventory may vary. Also, the LEGO VIP loyalty program will not be available. Returns of products ordered from the LEGO.com online store will be refused. For more information, please contact these stores directly ..."
We know that LEGO will soon launch a test phase for expansion of the VIP program to these stores but the generalization of this support for the program and its advantages to all Certified Stores established in Europe is not on the agenda for the moment.
(Thanks to Pascal for the alert)
Good news for Nantes residents, the LEGO Certified Store installed within the Nantes Atlantis shopping center officially opened today.
The 160 m2 store which also includes a wall Pick-a-Brick is not a "real" LEGO Store, it is a franchise store run by the Italian company Percassi. For those who are wondering, this is not a temporary store that would eventually be replaced by a "real" LEGO Store. LEGO manages its network, Percassi takes care of his.
LEGO also provides some details about the operation of these Certified Stores on its official website:
|This LEGO® Store is owned and operated by an authorized independent third party. Offers, promotions, pricing and inventory are subject to change and the LEGO VIP loyalty program will not be available. Gift cards and returns of products ordered on LEGO.com will not be accepted. For more information, please contact the Store directly.|
Many fans report confirmations via employees of the various stores of the "imminent" possibility of being able to use their VIP points in these franchised stores, but nothing has been officially confirmed to date.
As stated in the comments, the set 40305 Microscale LEGO Brand Store with a value of 24.99 € is currently offered from 100 € of purchase.
