LEGO Certified Stores: LEGO Insiders Loyalty Program Now Available

It's confirmed, the LEGO Insiders loyalty program is now recognized by the franchised LEGO Certified Stores managed by the Italian company Percassi.

The inability for years to take advantage of the benefits of this loyalty program by accumulating points for each purchase made in store, using these points to obtain a discount and taking advantage of promotional offers reserved for members has long been a barrier for many fans who refused to pay full price for their products as in a "real" LEGO Store without being able to take advantage of the few advantages available elsewhere in the brand's official stores.

This is now a thing of the past, and you can now shop at any franchised store as if it were a LEGO Store directly managed by the brand. There is one limitation: gift cards and returns of products ordered on the LEGO.com website are not accepted.

The section dedicated to the various LEGO stores present in the territory has been updated, it is now clearly indicated that the LEGO Insiders program is also valid in franchised stores.
