Today we're taking a quick look at the contents of the LEGO Disney 43302 Main Street, USA set , a large box of 3899 pieces available since June 1st, 2026 on the official online store for a suggested retail price of €349,99. This product is currently exclusive to the LEGO store; it will be several months before it's available for a lower price elsewhere.

The product concept is simple, but its execution is somewhat less so: it aims to recreate the vintage-style street so beloved by fans, which allows visitors to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Disney parks right from the entrance. The problem is that in real life, this street is lined on both sides with a variety of buildings, and LEGO only offers a tiny fraction of it here.

The manufacturer only includes three buildings inspired by those in the California park, not even enough to create a semblance of a street with two buildings on each side. We'll make do.

For €350 and just under 4000 pieces, one could legitimately have expected "complete" constructions, not just facades. Fans will point out that the shops in the park are also just facades, but they are real and fully enclosed. Here, LEGO has created a fake playset by only assembling three out of four walls and stopping at the first section of the roof.

This choice certainly allows easier access to the various interior spaces, but one wonders who will spend more than five minutes admiring the layout after having already seen it during assembly. It's a shame, because the facades are generally very well done, with a very satisfying level of detail, even if they're closer to the Creator than the Modular . As an added bonus, all the floors are covered in tiles , and the entire diorama boasts an exemplary finish in this respect.

Of the three buildings, only one actually spans two floors: the fire station incorporates Walt Disney's apartment on the upper floor, and here too, the floors are entirely covered in Tiles . Unfortunately, the fire station is the least well-furnished area of ​​the product; it feels rather empty.

The two shops are crammed with displays and micro-things reproducing the different attractions of the parks in the style of an Advent calendar, it's an overdose but the most dedicated fans will probably appreciate the many nods to the parks for lack of having big rides to build.

The furnishings distributed throughout the three buildings are generally well done, although only Walt Disney's apartment incorporates actual furniture. The rest consists of various display cases and stands spread across the two shops. The most memorable pieces are the charming, unique chandeliers, the armchairs, and the piano; the rest is generally quite generic.

If you are considering purchasing this box, do not spoil too much of the references it contains, you will spoil the pleasure of discovering them as you read through the pages of the instruction booklets provided.

LEGO also includes four independent booklets that allow several people to share the construction: one for each building and the last one for the fire truck and the popcorn cart.

Keen observers noticed as soon as the product was announced that the alignment options for the three structures are limited: two of them are "corners" with curbed sidewalks: the Barracks and the Emporium. Only the Crystal Arcade offers two smooth side walls and a curbless sidewalk.

If you're wondering where the set's 3800 pieces are, they're on the facades with a ton of 1x1 pieces, on the ground with a good handful of tiles , and on the shop shelves with a whole bunch of tiny things to build. The side walls, on the other hand, only require a few meta-pieces to build high and fast without adding too many bricks.

This display product, aimed at an adult fan base, also comes to life thanks to a plethora of stickers spread across three sheets. The signs are stickers, as are the pennants displayed in the street and the merchandise found on the shelves of the two shops. It's all a bit much for a product of this type, presented as a luxury playset in its high-end packaging.

The vintage fire truck and popcorn cart provide some space in front of the three structures; the cart even has a fun built-in feature that I'll let you enjoy building and discover.

The number of minifigures is adequate and should satisfy the target audience. I'm more ambivalent about the distribution of these 16 figures: Mickey and Minnie are included, but they're the only two park employees dressed as Disney characters. I would have added Chip and Dale or Goofy, to have some real Disney characters on hand instead of the cashiers or the fire chief.

There was also probably a way to do without the quartet of singing barbers from Dapper Dan's Hair Cuts salon by relying precisely on the employees who take on the costumes of the different characters.

Paradoxically, Mickey and Minnie are the figures in the set that suffer the most from LEGO's technical shortcomings, with white areas that aren't really white on the outfits of both costumes.

There are 7 visitors left, all equipped with torsos featuring various and sundry patterns, and the female characters all have ears on their heads. It's a diverse collection, the printing is well done from both the front and back, and this assortment of attractive minifigures might just sway some of you when deciding whether to buy them.

The question remains as to what to do with this large diorama: should it be integrated into a larger park that would include the castle from set 43222 Disney Castle, released in 2023, and the train station from set 71044 Disney Train and Station, released in 2019? What is certain is that the station's architecture matches the three buildings included here. It's a cohesive whole, and the minifigures included at the time will easily find their place in a larger diorama.

One might also wonder why LEGO and Disney chose to recreate shops rather than attractions, which would obviously be very popular with fans. Main Street could indeed be an interesting subject if everything else had already been covered, but that's not the case.

Anyone wanting to build a Disney park in their LEGO room currently has very little to choose from, as no attractions have been made from LEGO bricks, even though the LEGO catalog has all the necessary elements and the CITY, Friends, and Creator ranges are overflowing with diverse and varied rides. The 40521 Mini Disney The Haunted Mansion set , released in 2022, doesn't count; it's micro-scale.

In short, this product could have complemented an already very developed ecosystem of sets around Disney parks, it would then have been just a slightly expensive but almost indispensable second-tier product.

As it stands, the proposal is in my opinion far from essential even if it will inevitably find its audience among all those who have an annual Disney Pass and who spend their weekends in the park's walkways with ears on their heads raiding the shops and running from meeting point to meeting point to meet Kevin and Jean-Robert who are sweating in their Chip and Dale costumes.

LEGO today unveiled a new addition to its Disney range: set 43302 Main Street, USA, featuring 3899 pieces, 16 minifigures, and a suggested retail price of €349,99. This set will be available as an Insider Preview starting June 1, 2026, before its general release on June 4, 2026.

The contents of this Disney-licensed product allow you to assemble a Main Street model with its facades, which, when put together, form a 78 cm long structure. The model includes the fire station, the jewelry store, the Disneyland Emporium, and the Crystal Arcade.

Sixteen minifigures accompany the half-street: Mickey, Minnie, a handful of what are called Cast Members (who are actually park employees), and another handful of visitors with their themed sweaters and accessories.
