I embarked on a delicate mission: finding a way to display the LEGO ICONS 10356 Star Trek: USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D set without having to invest in a classic display case to place on a piece of furniture that will take up too much space and risk attracting the wrath of those around me.
The solution: install the ship on the wall, which not only saves space but also allows you to observe the construction in a slightly more original way than through a classic exhibition with the difficulty of not really being able to enjoy the characteristic shape of the Enterprise.
The problem with the usual wall installation solutions is that the construction generally remains simply placed on an illustrated background but is above all exposed to dust, as is the case for example with the plethora of solutions designed to display LEGO Technic Formula 1 or Speed Champions.
At this stage, I am rather excited by the proposal seen on Amazon with a closed wall display case, equipped with an illustrated background and delivered with a small display stand to install the figurines from the set.
It's a bit expensive for what it is, but I find the solution perfectly suited to the product, and it's probably the price to pay for not debating my intensive use of the available space on the living room sideboard.
