Today we take a quick look at the contents of the promotional LEGO set 5009325 The Simpsons Living Room, a small box of 123 pieces offered on the official online store to members of the LEGO Insiders program from June 1 to 7, 2025 for the purchase of a copy of the LEGO ICONS set 10352 The Simpsons: Krusty Burger (199,99 €).

As you already know, this product lets you assemble the Simpsons family's living room. Or rather, a thumbnail representing the premises. In fact, you could almost see this as a barely disguised homage to the format that was a huge success among MOCers a few years ago, with many creators using the technique of a room closed on two sides to decorate the main scene.

The whole thing is assembled in a few minutes and we find here all the attributes of the room reproduced with the floor lamp in the corner, the small piece of furniture installed near the sofa, the telephone, the central rug and the television.

No stickers in this box, so the two patterned pieces provided are pad-printed. Note the subtle differences in color between the coral-colored pieces that form the walls of the sticker; LEGO clearly still has problems with consistency in certain colors.

The big regret: there are no minifigs in this box and LEGO could have provided Marge and Maggie, two members of the Simpsons family who are not in the set. 10352 The Simpsons: Krusty BurgerThose who were hoping to get the whole family this year without going through the secondary market are therefore disappointed.

I'm still not a fan of the yellow, flexible cardboard box that the product comes in; it's dated, flimsy, and almost outdated in 2025. Promotional products and other Insider rewards that come in these packages deserve better.

It is therefore up to each individual to assess the interest of this product which does not contain any minifigs and which is content with a reduced inventory. Should one pay for the set? 10352 The Simpsons: Krusty Burger at a high price to get the thing as a gift or wait to find the big box elsewhere for less and skip the small one with its somewhat empty living room? It's up to you.

While it's still not confirmed (or denied) that we'll be entitled to future sets based on the The Simpsons franchise and the possibility of an upcoming series of collectible minifigs on this theme seems pretty slim, we need to for the moment to be satisfied with the variation in the sauce LEGO Dimensions of this universe.

Three packs are on the program: The Level Pack 71202 above, already marketed to accompany the launch of the game and two Fun Packs (71211 with Bart Simpson et 71230 with Krusty the Clown) expected for next November.

The only interesting information at the moment: The part shown on the television Level Pack 71202 which displays the launch logo of the Itchy & Scratchy Show and which is exclusive until further notice. It's meager, but complete collectors are warned ...

As indicated by Matt in the comments, LEGO is currently making a small gesture to anyone ordering the set 71016 Kwik-E-Mart at the LEGO Shop : Three The Simpsons Collectible Minifig Series 2 Packets (Item # 71009) are free and automatically added to cart.

Note that it is not possible to choose the characters offered, LEGO sells these bags "blind".

The savings achieved are not gargantuan but the gesture is sympathetic.

The Simpson Family is coming to the LEGO Dimensions video game with three expansion packs that will be available later this year.

The universe of the animated series will be playable with a Level Pack (29.99 €) which will unlock a new level in the game and two Fun Packs (14.99 €).

On the minifig side, nothing new with Homer Simpson, Bart Simpson and Krusty the Clown, all three already available in the first series of collectible minifigs (71005) and, for Homer and Bart, in the set 71016 The Kwik-E-Mart.

The public price of the bag is set at 2.99 €, and I remind you that the bags of the first series of 16 minifigs on this theme were sold at the public price of 2.49 € ...

As indicated in the comments, we can already find the bags of the series 2 at 3.99 € in some major brands ...

That being said, and taking into account the fact that LEGO ships the bags in a totally random way, so with no possible choice for the customer as to their content, I will turn to a box of 60 bags which will allow me to obtain three series complete with 16 minifigs.

There are already boxes of 60 sachets at amazon (see on Pricevortex), but I'm going to wait for a promotion to try not to pay more for a box than the unit price multiplied by 60 ...
