To simplify our wait, Marvel has put together the visual above which summarizes the upcoming releases until 2019. I wish I could say that this calendar will also be that of upcoming LEGO Marvel products, but we all know that It won't: Some movies likely won't benefit from a LEGO format adaptation of their most iconic characters and scenes.
This is almost a given if we consider the manufacturer's history: Guardians of the Galaxy 2 in 2017, Avengers Infinity Wars I and II in 2018 and 2019.
This year, we already know that a series of several sets based on the second installment of the Avengers saga – Age of Ultron – will be released in the spring. I don't have much faith in a LEGO version of the Fantastic Four film expected in the summer of 2015.
In 2016, LEGO is expected to offer Marvel sets, and Captain America: Civil War seems like a strong contender... Sinister Six , the film that will bring together the villains of the Spider-Man universe, scheduled for November 2016, is a potential rival...
