Mattel finally unveils the rest of the range Masters of the Universe planned with four boxes including the set JMB32 Battle of Castle Grayskull already announced. These four sets will benefit from the theatrical release of the film. Masters of the Universe scheduled for June 2026.
All of this seems a bit visually messy, not very inspiring in terms of the building experience, and we'll have to make do with what the manufacturer calls 2.5 cm tall NanoWorld Figures, as Mattel has clearly abandoned the idea of competing with LEGO in the classic articulated figure market. We'll have to see how it performs in real life.
Two of the four sets below are already available for pre-order on Amazon, with a release date announced for April 25, 2026 for one and July 25, 2026 for the other. The set JMB32 Battle of Castle Grayskull It will likely only be available in France next summer.

The reference in parentheses after the product name is the technical title of the set in question, the equivalent of the set number in LEGO.
One might have imagined that Mattel would turn the tables at its show "Mattel Creations Revealed 2026"but that will ultimately not be the case.
The only announcement under the Mattel Brick Shop label concerns a set planned to accompany the theatrical release of the Masters of the Universe film, scheduled for June 2026. And it will once again be Castle Grayskull conquered by the villain Skeletor. Once again, because Mattel has been selling a construction toy on the same theme since 2020 under the MEGA Construx label: the set GGJ67 Masters of the Universe Castle Greyskull with its 3508 parts.
This new interpretation of the location, directly inspired by the film, is much less ambitious, with a simple facade.
However, it's clear that Mattel won't be venturing into the realm of articulated figures like the Minifig line, and that the manufacturer will stick to 16 classic molded microfigures. That's still better than a failed Minifig imitation.
The current rumored retail price for this set is $59,99. Masters of the Universe Battle for Castle Grayskull (JMB32) of 850 pieces and a launch that would take place as early as April 26, 2026.

Mattel unveils the first product from its new collaboration with Aston Martin, announced a few days ago: the Hot Wheels set '24 Aston Martin Vantage GT3 (JLF51) with its 793 parts which will allow from next summer to assemble a 1:16 scale version of the vehicle.
This set, which will be available at a suggested retail price of €49,99, will join the four other products in the Elite Series already on the market. As usual, the buildable vehicle will be accompanied by a 1:64 scale model, and it will be possible to personalize the model using the included stickers.

After Audi, Chevrolet, Honda, Maserati, Cadillac and Mercedes Benz, the Mattel Brick Shop vehicle range will welcome three new brands to its catalogue in 2026: Aston Martin, Toyota and Lamborghini.
It feels a bit like Mattel isn't quite ready to move beyond this line of licensed Hot Wheels vehicles, and things are just going along while LEGO floods us with a wide variety of licenses. Even worse, the manufacturer's statements suggest that the brand was only ever conceived for this vehicle line, and no other projects are currently on the horizon.

Mattel confirms in passing that this range will continue to expand in 2026 and "beyond" and that the products concerned, which will be unveiled at a later date, will be available from the usual retailers.
Hopefully, the arrival of these three new brands will lead to new sets in the range. Premium Series which currently consists of only one box, the reference Mercedes-Benz 300 SL (1600 pieces - 139,99 €).
