LEGO has just launched a survey on the potential evolution of the packaging of collectible minifig series and we discover in this questionnaire a preliminary visual of the new rigid packaging that could one day be used to condition the minifigs.
If the transition to this new packaging which is moreover rather successful were to be successful, exit the long blind testing sessions on the shelves of stores. We will console ourselves by saying that the transition from the flexible plastic bag used until now to packaging which should logically be in recyclable cardboard would be a priori a good thing for the environment.
For now, this is only a very preliminary study and nothing says that the prototype presented in this survey will one day end up on the shelves of toy stores. The visual in question, stamped with the words "Confidential"obviously already circulating intensively on the usual channels.
The company commissioned by LEGO to carry out this study indicates that it wants to collect opinions only from fans living in Germany, the United Kingdom and the USA, but nothing prevents you from checking one of the three boxes offered. at the start of the survey to access all of this questionnaire that you will not validate because you are not in the geographical area concerned ...
After a quick break from the first batch boxes, Minifigure Madness allows you to pre-order boxes of 60 sachets containing one or more series of 16 characters from the 2nd LEGO Harry Potter series (ref. LEGO 71028).
The complete box is on sale for 174.99 € instead of 179.99 € using the code HOTH70 to be entered in the basket before validating the order (the promo code no longer offers € 10 reduction but € 5). You will then have to add 4 € delivery costs by DHL Express. The bag therefore costs you € 2.99 including postage instead of € 3.99 and the brand undertakes to align itself without discussing with Amazon FR or eBay FR if the latter offer even lower prices under the same conditions.
The first feedback confirms that there are, unless there is a logistical error, three complete sets of 16 characters per box. Also note that this is a pre-order while stocks last with a delivery date announced for the third week of September.
Bonus for those who have a facebook account: if you place a pre-order of a box from the Harry Potter series and then go to the brand's facebook page, you can try to win the surprise set worth € 30 put into play for the occasion by liking the page and then sending a DM mentioning your order number. Draw and announcement of the winner on September 10th.
If you don't feel like going to a store that still allows it to taste the bag and you missed the Minifigure Maddness offer on the box of 60 Harry Potter series 2 minifig bags (ref. 71028) , know that Cdiscount currently offers the box for pre-order at 179.99 € or 2.99 € bag.
Delivery from September 1, 2020, date on which this series of 16 characters allowing to obtain Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Ginny Weasley, Fred Weasley, George Weasley, Luna Lovegood, Mimi Geignarde, Gripsec, Albus Dumbledore, Pomona Sprout, Neville Longbottom, Kingsley Shacklebolt, Bellatrix Lestrange, Lily Potter and James Potter will be officially available.
LEGO has finally unveiled "officially" via social networks the 16 characters of the second series of Harry Potter minifigs to collect (ref. Lego 71028).
We've been able to see these minifigs up and down and up and down all over the place over the past few days, but a few more pictures don't hurt.
Availability announced for September 1st on the official online store et at your favorite resellers.
