The WLWYB sign (We Love What You Build) returns this year with a new version of its bestseller soberly titled "Lego Periodic Table"And this time it's an edition celebrating the product's 5th anniversary. Why not, even if the design of the plate that houses the usual coins and some more or less relevant information about them will probably not be to everyone's taste this time.
I'll point this out again for those who might have any doubts about this, especially given the myriad of products sold here and there that are based on compatible elements: all the parts used here are once again original LEGO elements. I also note a constant effort on the overall quality of the printing with small characters that are easy to read, which was not necessarily the case with all previous versions. For this new version, you have to make do with 66 colors spread over 15 types of parts instead of the 75 colors present on the previous version.
I also say it again, if you are looking for a precise and reliable documentation tool in this product, move on, the object is not exhaustive on the subject it deals with and it is above all a decorative table whose main purpose is to allow you to display your passion for the LEGO universe in a slightly more subtle way than with the usual posters. This new version gives pride of place to colors a little more original than the classic shades, it is always the potential starting point for a discussion between fans.
WLWYB sells the thing for $49.95 including shipping and the product arrives well packaged in a dedicated box with internal protection based on air bubbles. It is possible to hang it on the wall via the folding hook glued to the back but I think that it will then be necessary to consider placing it in a frame deep enough to accommodate this 40 x 30 cm painting which is 1.5 cm thick. There must be a suitable frame at IKEA or elsewhere.
You can get an immediate 10% reduction on the price of $49.95 charged by the WLWYB brand with the code HOTHBRICKS at checkout. Free delivery from mid-April:
