The January 2023 issue of the Official LEGO Star Wars Magazine is now available on newsstands for €6.99 and it allows us as planned to get a minifig of Luke Skywalker in Hoth outfit already seen in 2021 in the LEGO Star Wars set 75298 AT-AT vs. Tauntaun Microfighters (205 pieces - 19.99 €).

In the pages of this magazine, we discover the minifig that will accompany the next issue announced for February 8, 2023: it is Bo-Katan Kryze, a figurine so far exclusive to the LEGO Star Wars set. 75316 Mandalorian Starfighter marketed in 2021. It should be noted that the magazine also allowed us in August 2022 to obtain the generic Madalorian Warrior delivered in the same set.

LEGO today announces the list of nine mini-builds selected as part of the initiative LEGO IDEAS Test Lab Challenge launched in september 2022 : Nine creations were selected among all those submitted by the participants invited to this construction challenge involving a limited inventory and the Studio software.

These nine mini-models will be available for sale through the official online store, probably through the interface Pick a Brick initially associated with this initiative.

LEGO reacts today officially to the small aesthetic approximation present on the official visuals of the LEGO Star Wars set 75345 501st Clone Troopers Battle Pack : We see there, still to this day, the range finder of the 501st Officer fixed in a hole which does not exist in reality on the helmet of the figure. The position presented on the official visuals is the correct one, on the "real" minifig, the accessory is placed too high on the new helmet with holes.

At LEGO, we are content to justify this error by invoking the fact that many people are involved in the development of a set and that the error is therefore human, the manufacturer no longer even bothering to apologize or promise a correction of visuals still online on the official store.

We will note in passing the significant difference between the pad printing of the official visuals of the helmet and that of the real product.

Admitted fault is half forgiven, but for the other half, it will be necessary to wait until LEGO modifies the product sheet to present a product in conformity with that delivered in this box of 119 pieces sold 19.99 €.
