New LEGO Star Wars 2026: 75452 BB-8 Astromech Droid

LEGO today unveiled a new addition to the LEGO Star Wars range, which will be available on the official online store from January 1, 2026: the reference 75452BB-8 with its inventory of 569 pieces and its public price set at €89,99.

The proposal here is much less ambitious than that of the LEGO Star Wars set. 75187BB-8 (1106 pieces - €99,99) released in 2017, but LEGO still insists on associating the droid with the traditional presentation plaque that was once reserved for products from the LEGO universe Ultimate Collector Series before being added to numerous products to enhance their collectability. In my opinion, this is a bit pretentious for a product of this caliber, even if BB-8 is slightly rounder and less studded than its predecessor. We can take solace in the few integrated features.
