LEGO today unveils a new addition to the LEGO IDEAS range which will be available from October 1, 2026: the 21373 Downton Abbey set with its inventory of 4711 pieces, its 13 minifigs and its retail price set at €299,99.
This set is inspired by the idea entitled Downton Abbey: Highclere Castle submitted at the time on the LEGO IDEAS platform by BRO3 , which had managed to gather the 10.000 supporters necessary to pass the review phase before being definitively validated by LEGO in October 2025. The official version of the set retains the idea of the dollhouse installed behind a simple facade.
For those wondering which franchise inspired this box, Downton Abbey is a successful British series that has been airing since 2010. It depicts the daily life of an aristocratic family home in the early 20th century and develops numerous storylines over its six seasons. Three feature films, which continue the series' storyline, were also released in 2018, 2022, and 2025.
The fictional English castle that gives its name to the series is actually Highclere Castle, a residence located in Hampshire used for several films and series.
