On the LEGO Shop: Insider Points X2 on the Super Mario 72037 Mario & Standard Kart set

If you're a regular at the official online store, you'll know that LEGO is currently doubling your Insider points on the LEGO Super Mario set. 72037 Mario & Standard Kart, a box of 1972 pieces sold at the public price of 169,99 €.

This product is temporarily exclusive to the LEGO Store, so it won't be available elsewhere for much less than its retail price until July 1st, when it will be, for example, on sale at FNAC (€169,99) as well as at Auchan (149,99 €).

It's hard to know why LEGO is making such an offer on this product; perhaps sales aren't as expected because the product is a bit expensive and it's impossible to lower its retail price after weeks of pre-ordering at the current price. Doubling Insider points is a good mechanism in this case that doesn't penalize too much those who were early adopters by pre-ordering the product as soon as it went live on March 10, 2025.

This double Insiders points offer is valid from June 26, 2025 to July 2, 2025.
