fregateassaut% 2B02Cocorico, a French MOCeur, offers us a new machine from the Rebel Alliance, the MK1 Assault Frigate which you can see an artwork at this address.
This frigate is in fact an Old Republic battleship modified by the Alliance Rebels to rub shoulders with the Empire's destroyers.
This imposing MOC of 1898 pieces displays respectable dimensions: 60 cm long, 20 cm wide and 29 cm high.

Dark Zion also presents on its site many original creations, including a Black Star, several versions of the X-Wing, a Millennium Falcon or even a Slave I, all in midi-scale format.

Do not hesitate to visit him to take advantage of these MOCs widely commented and presented with the help of numerous photos.

30053Released recently, this mini set that does not breathe creativity or originality is starting to show itself in detail on various forums.
If fans of mini sets and collectors will like this Republic Attack Cruiser of 44 pieces including 3 "spares" will not go down in the annals for others.

Sold between 20 and 30 euros on Bricklink, better to get it before speculators of all kinds increase its price ......

naboo n1As if to respond to the general disappointment when the images of the set 7877: Naboo Fighter have been revealed, many AFOLs criticizing LEGO for not having really innovated, DobbyClone offers its version of the N-1 Naboo Starfighter, which turns out to be very well designed.

If the proportions and the overall design are questionable, this MOC at least has the merit of offering a different approach to this slender and elegant machine that LEGO has not been able to reproduce while maintaining its finesse appearance.

24/03/2011 - 15:37 Minifigure Series
Lego 8805 Minifigure Series 5 b2These two images have leaked around the web, these are the commercial visuals for the 5 series of collectible minifigures, due out in August.
Nothing new on these visuals, except that this series, like the previous ones, offers us ever more attractive characters, pushing to invest in these bags to complete a collection that is already very expensive ...
Personally, I bought the complete sets 1 & 2, and a box of the series 3 (to avoid spending hours trying to guess the contents of the sachets). I would probably continue to buy these minifigs, even if the enthusiasm wears off in the end.
If LEGO continues to release 2 series per year, with the distribution and speculation problems that we already know, buyers may quickly tire of chasing after an elf or a viking at a high price on Bricklink or eBay ... .
