We have known this since the official announcement of the LEGO IDEAS set 21353 Botanical Garden (3672 pieces - €329,99), members of the LEGO Insiders program who make the effort to acquire the product as soon as it is launched on November 1, 2024 and at best before November 7, 2024 will be offered a copy of the LEGO Botanicals promotional set 5009005 Entrance Gate.
This small box of 152 pieces offers to assemble an entrance for the botanical garden of the other box and unlike the contents of the LEGO Marvel set 5009015 Cerebro which is not intended to be directly associated with that of the LEGO Marvel set 76294 X-Men: The X-Mansion, this is a real little extension that will find its place in front of the large greenhouse. The latter will survive without the presence of this piece of greenery topped with an arch but this promotional product is perfectly matched with the large set that allows you to obtain it and it would be a shame to miss out if the subject excites you.
This extension is as often very quickly assembled, it consists of a paving leading to the arch and some flowers and other shrubs which dress the edges of the central path whose structure is totally in line with that of the botanical garden. A butterfly, a bird and a figurine give a little life to the whole. The minifig provided also uses the torso of the two gardeners delivered in the set 21353 Botanical Garden, it is also perfectly consistent here.
As I said in the previous article, LEGO is really going all out this year to offer attractive promotional products when launching big sets. We can feel that the manufacturer wants to encourage immediate purchases on its official online store as well as in its LEGO Stores in exchange for a few bricks rather than letting its potential customers plan a possible later purchase at a lower price elsewhere. So much the better for those who are ready to make the effort, they will have in their hands some new and well-made promotional products.
Too bad the soft yellow box that identifies the products linked to the LEGO Insiders program is not more accomplished, in my opinion it lacks a bit of cachet and it is especially very fragile. I repeat it for those who may ask themselves the question when opening the product, the bricks are here thrown into a simple resealable bag that is not sealed, this is normal. No stickers in this box.
If you are considering purchasing the LEGO IDEAS set 21353 Botanical Garden (3672 pieces - €329,99) as soon as it is launched on November 1st, I advise you to be in the starting blocks so as not to miss the associated offer which will allow you to be offered this promotional product with content directly integrated into the main construction. It is a safe bet that stocks will melt very quickly, the product is in my opinion sufficiently attractive and in the theme to guarantee its success.
As I said above, some will easily do without this additional entry and they will in any case be able to reproduce it easily later, but in my opinion it would be a shame not to be able to take advantage of an offer that can make the public price of a set that we will sooner or later find for much less expensive elsewhere than at LEGO once the exclusivity period at the official online store has expired. We are not going to complain that LEGO offers successful promotional products in the theme of the sets to which they are directly linked.
Note: The product shown here, provided by LEGO, is as usual involved. Deadline fixed at 12th November 2024 next at 23:59 p.m. Simply post a comment below the article to participate. Your participation is taken into account regardless of your opinion. Avoid “I’m participating” or “I’m trying my luck”, we suspect that this is the case.
