76330 lego dc batman logo review 1

Today we take a very quick look at the contents of the LEGO DC set 76330 Batman Logo, a box of 678 pieces currently available for pre-order at LEGO and elsewhere at a public price of €79,99 and which will be available on March 1, 2026.

Following the logos of the Star Wars and Marvel franchises, which were featured in the sets respectively 75407 Star Wars Logo (59,99 €) and 76313 Marvel Logo & Minifigures (€99,99), LEGO is therefore taking on the DC license but isn't offering the relevant logo. It's understandable that the DC logo isn't a big seller; it's far less iconic than the Star Wars or Marvel universes, and the manufacturer is therefore content to limit the risk and market a Batman-themed item celebrating the 20th anniversary of the line, which will undoubtedly sell much better.

The model, measuring 36 cm long by 23 cm high, won't keep you busy for long; it's all assembled very quickly, and even the assembly phase... greebling, Adding small decorative pieces only takes a few minutes. There's nothing particularly innovative here in terms of construction techniques; you simply stack a series of pieces onto which you then attach the front relief in small sections. The whole thing is slightly reinforced at the back by two Technic beams, so be careful with the ends of the logo, as they tend to detach during handling.

As you probably already know, the design of the model's front panel is an excuse to subtly include references to various DC characters: a hammer and roller skates for Harley Quinn, a whip and a cat for Catwoman, the Riddler's hat, the Penguin's hat with an umbrella, a flower and a plant for Poison Ivy, the Bat-Spray from the 1966 series, a pistol with its flag for the Joker, a grappling hook, a walkie-talkie, a crowbar, and even a few Batarangs. See what you like; it'll keep you entertained for five minutes.

As for the rest, the logo conceals a Batcave-style slot for one of the two included minifigures, and the whole thing can either remain on its stand or be hung on the wall if you're short on shelf space. Unusually, the display stand is gray, which makes sense given that the logo is black. LEGO could have put more effort into the finish on the back of the model; it's too rough for my taste.

LEGO includes two minifigures in this set: a classic version of the character and a "golden" version celebrating the 20th anniversary of the range, with a printed logo on the back confirming the event. Both minifigures come with rigid capes, which is great news.

The classic minifigure is nothing new; the torso has been used in sets since 2025. 76300 Batman: Arkham Asylum et 76301 Batman & Batmobile vs. Mr. Freeze and it will also be delivered in the polybag 30726 Batman: Bruce Wayne & the Batsuit Expected this year. The head used is the one available since 2019, also seen on the shoulders of Kaz Xiono, Happy Hogan, Draco Malfoy, Chang-Chi, Druig, a Hoth rebel, and an elf. The mask with the white eyes has been available since 2023.

So all that's new here is the "golden" minifigure and the small one Tile round celebrating the 20th anniversary of the LEGO Batman range.

Upon arrival, I really like the idea behind it, but I find the execution a bit lacking in ambition. The logo is very compact, perhaps a little too thin, and I don't see how it could truly "exist" visually once hung on a wall. We'll make do. And that's without even mentioning the overabundance of Batman imagery, as if the DC universe didn't allow for the sale of merchandise featuring other characters.

This spin-off product is also and especially intended to accompany the launch of the video game. LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark KnightThis box will unlock the digital and playable version of the golden Batman.
