Today we very quickly go around the contents of the LEGO ICONS set 11372 Autumn Cottage Garden, a box of 1102 pieces which will be available on the official online store from January 1, 2026 at the public price of €109,99.
This is already the third set in what LEGO calls the collection Gardens of the World after the references 10315 Tranquil Garden (2023) et 10359 Fountain Garden (2024). Let's not kid ourselves, this collection is a purely artificial creation whose sole marketing objective is to make us accumulate the products that compose it while living in the constant fear of not having completed the list of planned sets.
Onward then to a new Gardenbut we're looking here for the connection with the mention WorldAfter Japan and Spain, we're now simply in autumn, as the product title suggests, but we don't really know where, and LEGO merely evokes a "fairytale house" or a cabin lost in the middle of a forest. You'll see what you want to see; that's also the magic of LEGO products.
No surprises here with the latest addition to the collection, which grows at a rate of one set per year. It follows the tried-and-tested formula: a base mounted on four bonsai-style legs, an interior insert that makes good use of a few base plates, spaces reserved for modularity, an assortment of plants, and a small chalet with a removable roof. The finished tray measures approximately 30 cm long by 18 cm wide and about 20 cm high at its highest point. Not enough to clutter your shelves, which are probably already quite full.
As with the other gardens in the collection, this product offers a degree of modularity, allowing you to arrange the vegetation according to your mood. This feature also, and perhaps more importantly, enables you to position the trees in a way that maintains a clear composition regardless of the viewing angle. It's a clever touch; you feel a sense of control over the overall look, and even if the functionality is admittedly somewhat minor, you find yourself trying to find the best possible arrangement.
Don't get too excited about the cabin you're building; it's a very cluttered mini-cabin, and there's not much inside besides a tiny kitchen and a fireplace. The roof can be removed for a quick look at the layout, and for those who might be wondering because the gimmick It has become almost inevitable at LEGO: there are no toilets inside the premises. There is nothing inside the first floor.
Alongside the autumnal foliage provided by a birch tree, a weeping willow with its unique leaves, a spruce, and a maple, there are also a few small animals: a robin, a nuthatch, a squirrel, a frog, and a snail. No wild boar, otter, badger, or deer—it's a bit of a shame to only have small animals here. On the other hand, there is a garden gnome; it's kitschy and corny, but it fits the theme. There are no minifigures in this box, not even a hunter or a young, ambitious professional on a weekend getaway. No stickers either.
More than the product itself, it's the assembly process that should give you your €110 worth of money, with numerous small sub-assemblies, some fairly satisfying assembly phases, and a very decent level of detail. You'll then have to decide what to do with this pretty garden on its display stand; in my opinion, the whole thing is still too neutral and impersonal to be prominently displayed on a living room dresser.
There are cases among the many LEGO products where the finished product takes precedence over the building itself; here, you'll have to patiently savor the diorama's evolution before putting it away and forgetting about it. It's cute, there's a cozy and almost relaxing atmosphere, but this set is more suited to the shelves of a nature and discovery center than the aisles of a typical toy store.
It's out of the question for Christmas 2025, as the product won't be available until January 1st, 2026, but it will be perfect for Christmas 2026, with the added bonus of being almost guaranteed to find it on the list of discounted clearance items during the next Insiders weekend or Black Friday. This is the case this year with the LEGO ICONS set. 10359 Fountain Garden and in 2023 the set 10315 Tranquil Garden It was also offered at a reduced price at the time. Nature loves patience, and so do the wallets of LEGO fans.
Note: The product shown here, provided by LEGO, is as usual involved. Deadline fixed at December 10, 2025 at 23:59 PM. Simply post a comment under the article to participate. Shipping to the winner will only begin on January 1, 2026.
