Quick Review: LEGO Marvel 76319 Captain America vs. Thanos

Today we are very quickly interested in the content of the LEGO Marvel set 76319 Captain America vs. Thanos, a small box of 107 pieces stamped 4+ available since August 1, 2025 at the public price of €34,99. This is not a mistake, this is indeed the public price of this box.

As you probably already know, the 4+ range products ensure a smooth transition for younger children between the DUPLO universe and the manufacturer's "classic" System range. Those who buy DUPLO products for their children because they are convinced they are offering them the best in educational toys that will turn their offspring into future astronauts are already used to paying a high price for them, and the pricing positioning of the 4+ range products will probably not surprise them that much.

With 107 pieces in the box, it's no miracle that you still get some reasonably large builds: these products use meta-pieces that serve as a starting point for the various builds and help simplify the assembly process, allowing you to quickly get something to have a bit of fun with.

This is obviously the case here with a very symbolic Quinjet that makes do with a handful of large elements to achieve the final result. The rest is in keeping with the micro-thing in the shape of a flying glove for Thanos and a piece of rock.

There are no stickers in this box, so all the patterned elements are pad-printed. Overall, the product is very rough in terms of finish, but it offers plenty of opportunities to quickly play with the different constructions, and younger children will undoubtedly find something to their liking. However, one might wonder how a four-year-old child knows Captain America and Thanos unless their parents have allowed (or forced) them to watch the various content available at the cinema or on streaming platforms.

For those wondering, the two yellow projectiles installed in the Quinjet's cannons are a new feature for 2025. They are currently included in this box as well as in the LEGO Marvel sets. 11200 Spidey and Gobby's Raptor Battle at Tree House HQ (€54,99) and LEGO NINJAGO 71840 Rogue vs. Drix Race Car Duel (19,99 €).

As for the figure set, we get two minifigs here: Captain America and Thanos. Captain America's torso is new in this form, which is still something even if the figure has to make do with neutral legs. The Thanos minifig is the one seen in the set 76312 The Hulk Truck vs. Thanos (€29,99), plus the helmet and minus the shoulder pads.

Anyway, here's another box that we'll buy for the very decent Captain America minifigure and throw the rest in the kid's toy box. This product is already a few euros cheaper at Amazon, by the way, so that's always something:
