LEGO DC Batman The Batmobile from Batman v Superman - Toy Car - Superhero Collector Model with Minifigure - Birthday Gift Idea
Today we are quickly interested in the content of the LEGO Star Wars set 75415 Kylo Ren Helmet, a box of 529 pieces currently available for pre-order on the official online store at a retail price of €69,99 and which will be available from May 1, 2025.
As you might expect from the product visuals, this set is not one of those that offers a long-term assembly "experience" and it will only take you less than an hour to complete this helmet which this year joins what is now called the Helmet Collection. The good news about the product: no stickers in sight, with a large handful of correctly pad-printed pieces that really give the whole thing character.
Kylo Ren's 18 cm high helmet all inclusive is immediately recognizable and the front of the thing is rather very well executed with a nice depth effect on the visor and a very convincing metallic border even if the alignment of the pad printing between the different pieces which form the outline is not perfect. Some subtleties of the accessory seen on the screen are overlooked such as for example the slight central curve which brings the top of the helmet towards the character's gaze and here we have to be content with a very straight line at this level.
On the other sides, it's immediately a little less attractive with a lot of visible tenons and a back side that I find a little short. The angles are however correctly managed on the back, it's very clean.
As usual, we can debate the interest of the surface entirely covered with visible studs. Some fans consider that this Lowell sphere effect is a bit of the aesthetic "signature" of this range which is ultimately composed only of LEGO-style interpretations of more or less emblematic helmets from the saga where others hoped for a smoother finish to reinforce the model aspect of these collectible helmets perched on their display stand.

As with every helmet in the collection, the models with aesthetic particularities implement techniques that are sometimes surprising but always original, adding a little spice to the assembly of these products. There's no question of spoiling the few subtleties of this one for you; it's up to you to discover these techniques after spending your money.
I still have reservations about the look of the small presentation plaque, which I find a bit crude. We know it's LEGO, we know it's Star Wars, something a little more sober and elegant with simply the name of the character concerned would, in my opinion, do the trick.
In short, you will have understood, we are here in the continuity of a range which never stops wringing out its subject with to date 14 references already marketed. This one deserves in my opinion to take pride of place on your shelves, the character being emblematic of the saga and the finish of the set being all the same very acceptable in the absence in particular of stickers. The public price of the product is not really an obstacle, we know that this box will end up sooner or later by being offered elsewhere than at LEGO at a much more reasonable price.
Note: The product shown here, provided by LEGO, is as usual involved. Deadline fixed at May 7, 2025 at 23:59 pm. Just post a comment under the article to participate. Your participation is taken into account regardless of your opinion. Avoid "I'm participating" or "I'm trying my luck", we suspect that this is the case.
