Review : LEGO Star Wars 75431 327th Star Corps Clone Troopers Battle Pack

Today we take a quick tour of the content of the LEGO Star Wars set 75431 327th Star Corps Clone Troopers Battle Pack, a box of 258 pieces available since August 1, 2025 at the retail price of €39,99.

You know the principle of the Battle Pack at LEGO, it is about offering a set of figurines that allows you to build a small army and add several copies of the machines provided in these boxes. Here, for example, we get a Dwarf Spider and an AT-RT. We will quickly forget the basic mortar also delivered in this box, the construction only has the merit of adding playability via the Stud Shooter vaguely staged. Once again, the included 11cm tall AT-RT is far too big for the minifigs and the combination with the LEGO Star Wars set 75435 Battle of Felucia Separatist MTT will only accentuate the problem of scale.

However, it is at this price that the thing benefits from a sufficient level of detail to not be ridiculous, we will make do. The legs of the machine are articulated but it remains difficult to really put it in situation while maintaining the stability of the construction.

We could debate the choice of yellow for the body of this AT-RT, it is in keeping with the shade used here for the Clone armor but it is probably a little too flashy to really match the look of the soldiers of the 327th Star Corps. The designer chose to integrate a Stud Shooter at the front of the machine and this integration is far from discreet. We will make do with it or remove the element.

In terms of figure supplies, we get four copies of the generic Clone Trooper and three copies of the Super Battle Droid. The Clone Troopers are logically all identical, except for a rangefinder for one of the four included minifigs.

The accessory was first introduced in the LEGO Star Wars set Ultimate Collector Series 75409 Jango Fett's Starship, it is much more faithful than the element that was used until now to embody this extension of the helmet.

The yellow color used here for the armor could, in my opinion, have been replaced by the mustard color used for the plastic shoulder pad that equips these Clones. All the Clones delivered in this box are presented with their plastic shoulder pad on the left, those who wish to remain faithful to the look of the troops seen on Felucia can possibly move the reversible accessory to the right. On the other hand, it will be impossible to reverse the pattern of the cartridge belt pad printed on the torso and you will have to make do.

I'm not one to complain about the disappearance of fabric shoulder pads or the absence of kama on the minifigs' hips. I buy plastic, give me plastic, and the pad printing that vaguely suggests the presence of the kama is enough for me.

The three copies of the Super Battle Droid are identical to the one available since 2024 in the set 75372 Clone Trooper & Battle Droid Battle Pack.

This new Battle Pack has potential, it fulfills its function perfectly and allows you to build a squad of Clone Troopers on one side and a section of Super Battle Droids on the other. The problem remains the price of the thing.

€40 for this is way too expensive, and purchasing multiple copies of the product will quickly raise the bill to a level that's hard to understand given what this little box has to offer. We'll therefore wisely wait for this set to be available at a lower price elsewhere than at LEGO, or we'll at least take advantage of doubling Insider points to accumulate a few copies of this box.
