To be able to discuss it here in the comments, here is a quick recap of the rumors that are circulating more or less actively at the moment on the forums and on social networks. As usual, this unverified and unconfirmed information by LEGO should be taken with a grain of salt pending official announcements or more consistent leaks.
The next big set "18+" would be, according to several users ofEurobricks, the reference 10276 Roman Colosseum which could be a reproduction of more than 9000 pieces of the monument in question. As usual, fans see in retrospect the packaging, content and various teasers of the set. 10271 Fiat 500 this year marketed clues to this future reproduction of the Colosseum which would become the largest set ever marketed by LEGO.
Still in the "18+" range and still according to a user ofEurobricks, the Ecto-1 could make an appearance again at LEGO in the set bearing the reference 10274 Ghostbusters Ecto-1. The reproduction of the vehicle would be more consistent than that of the LEGO Ideas set 21108 Ghostbusters marketed in 2014 with a public price around $ 200 and a model in the spirit of vehicles seen for example in sets 10262 James Bond Aston Martin DB5 et 10265 Ford Mustang.
The festive set that would eventually come this year to expand the Winter village in LEGO sauce would be, still according to a user ofEurobricks, the reference 10275 Elf Clubhouse. It would therefore, as its title seems to indicate, take over from the reference 10245 Santa's Workshop marketed in 2014.
brickfanatics claims to have information about the 2021 availability of a series of collectible pouch minifigs based on the license Looney Tunes owned by Warner Bros. We do not yet know which characters would eventually be available in minifig format but if the rumor is confirmed one day, we can probably count on Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Titi, Grosminet (Sylvestre), Taz, Elmer Fudd, Bip Bip and the Coyote, Speedy Gonzales and a few others.
Keep in mind that these various pieces of information are only at the stage of the rumor spread by a few people who are a priori well informed and that nothing has yet come to confirm or deny them. We will have to wait for official announcements or more solid leaks to get a first idea of the products concerned.
The trailer for the film Black Widow is now online and it looks pretty cool judging by these first images. The film is due in theaters on April 29, 2020.
As for the LEGO sets planned to accompany the release of the film, the latest rumors to date evoke two possible references, 76151 and 76162, without knowing exactly what these two boxes will contain. I don't expect big sets, as usual they will probably be small boxes featuring one or two vehicles and a few characters.
Hope that LEGO will allow us to get the minifigs of Alexei Shostakov aka Red Guardian (David Harbor) and Tony Masters aka Taskmaster. I also gladly take minifig versions of Florence Pugh and Rachel Weisz in addition to that of Scarlett Johansson in her white outfit ...
We have already known for several months that LEGO is preparing for January 2020 a series of collectible minifigs in sachets made up of 16 characters from the DC Comics universe.
Over the days, different minifigs that could come from this series of characters grouped under the reference 71026 appear on social networks and we therefore begin to have a little more precise idea of the content of the bags in question.
By relying on the different visuals already available, it should therefore be possible to obtain Sinestro (Classic Version), Stargirl, Metamorpho, Simon Baz (Green Lantern Corps), Huntress, Cheetah (1966), Cyborg (Teen Titans), Bumblebee ( Teen Titans), Wonder Woman (1966), Batman (Classic Version), Aquaman, Mr Miracle and a few others.
Minifig collectors who don't care about the bricks provided in the classic sets will no doubt be delighted to be able to add some secondary characters and some variations of characters already in the LEGO catalog to their collection.
As usual, no official confirmation for the moment, these different information should therefore be taken with a grain of salt even if the different visuals available do not leave much room for doubt.
Update : the four missing characters would be Flash (Jay Garrick), Bat-Mite, Superman (Rebirth), and the Joker.
The information has already been circulating for several months on the usual social networks but until now it was necessary to be satisfied with very preliminary titles. Today, we have a more precise list of the novelties expected in 2020 in the LEGO Marvel range, with (somewhat) less provisional titles, the list of minifigs provided, the number of pieces and the US public price of each. of these boxes:
|
I think that we should not be too demanding on the level of the constructions offered if we take into account the number of pieces and the public price of each box and those who collect the different variants of Spider-Man should be at the party again. in 2020 ...
As usual, this list is only a compilation of rumors to take conditional pending official confirmation (except for the set 76144 Avengers Hulk Helicopter Rescue, officially presented a few months ago).
The first trailer of the film Spider-Man: Far From Home is now available, this is an opportunity to take stock of what we know about the three LEGO sets planned to accompany the release of this film.
Via the usual channels for disseminating rumors and very preliminary information on upcoming products, we currently have three references, names that seem provisional (or poorly translated) and theoretical US public prices: 76128 Molten Man's Battle ($ 30), 76129 Hydro-Man's Attack ($ 40) and 76130 Stark's Plane and Drone Attack ($ 70).
Marketing of the various sets planned for next May, the film is expected in theaters in early July 2019.
