Today we take a quick look at the promotional set of the moment, the LEGO reference 40701 Ballerina & Nutcracker Scene currently offered on the official online store and at best until December 12th from 150 € of purchase without restriction of range. The offer is still valid at the time of writing and the product is not yet sold out.
In the box, 244 pieces to assemble an interpretation of Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker ballet with its festive decor and its dancer staged on a rotating support. If you are looking for the Nutcracker from the title of the set, this is the microfig visible in the hands of the minifig provided.
This product is a nice surprise and LEGO is once again making a nice offer to encourage purchase with a set that offers a nice building time, a festive atmosphere that will allow it to come out of the cupboard every year at the same time and a relatively rustic but convincing integrated functionality.
The rod that protrudes from the back of the model allows you to rotate the support on which you place the dancer, nothing crazy but the youngest will have fun for two minutes with the thing. It should be noted in passing that the figurine provided is equipped with a new torso for the moment only available in this box. There are a few stickers to stick on so that the night visible through the windows is starry and the product makes good use of many golden pieces.
In short, it's festive. The construction is finished, it's nicely decorated on the theme of the end of year celebrations and it features a pretty figurine. From there to spending €150 on products sold at their usual public price to get it, it's up to you. But if you're considering acquiring a product that is exclusive for the moment to the official online store, the doubling of Insider points currently in effect and this pretty promotional product are in my opinion strong arguments. Be careful, the offer does not apply to pre-orders.
Note: The product shown here, provided by LEGO, is as usual involved. Deadline fixed at 19 December 2024 next at 23:59 p.m. Simply post a comment below the article to participate. Your participation is taken into account regardless of your opinion. Avoid “I’m participating” or “I’m trying my luck”, we suspect that this is the case.
