In short, here are some visuals of the bag 30165 Hawkeye with a minifigure and a pseudo-rack of weapons and accessories offered by Graysmith on Eurobricks.

The bag has indeed appeared in Sweden long before its worldwide availability, er American, and this will be an opportunity to get the Hawkeye minifigure at a lower cost and to see its price drop on Bricklink. So good ...

The bag is also available on Bricklink from Nordic sellers for a little less than 10 euros: 30165 Hawkeye.
