Last update on the minifigs in the LEGO Star Wars 2017 Advent Calendar (LEGO ref. 75184).
The technician (Imperial Ground Crew) seen in Rogue One was already present in the set 75154 TIE Striker released in 2016 and in the set 75171 Battle on Scarif released in 2017 where it was actually Jyn Erso in disguise. This is always the case for lovers of dioramas who require many identical minifigs.
The festive 2017 figurine is actually BB-8 decked out in a simple Santa hat. Not very exciting, especially if we compare with the other characters declined on the same theme over the years: Yoda (2011), Darth Maul (2012), Jango Fett (2013), Darth Vader (2014), Santa C-3PO & Reindeer R2-D2 (2015) or Chewbacca (2016).
There it's finished. You can store all of this year's mini-stuff in the back of a drawer while waiting for the LEGO Star Wars 2018 calendar (ref. LEGO 75213) which promises to be pretty cool with at least one member of the Guavian Death Gang, Rose Tico, Rowan Freemaker and Antoc Merrick ...
