Following the announcement of the set 75192 UCS Millennium Falcon, you were very numerous to react. I have also received a lot of messages by email and I collect here the answers to the questions that have been asked to me several times:
At the time of writing, there is no question of a version with a numbered certificate of authenticity as was the case for the set 10179 UCS Millennium Falcon released in 2007.
Members of the VIP program who will treat themselves to this box from September 14th (from 8:30 am) and before the end of 2017 (in the LEGO Shop or in the LEGO Stores) will be offered a new black VIP card in limited edition (visual above). No other "advantage" is currently planned for those in a hurry. the card will be shipped within weeks of purchasing set 75192.
This VIP card will entitle them to some exclusive benefits to come. No details for the moment on the offers that will be reserved for holders of this card.
Until proven otherwise, this set is not a limited edition, neither by the number of copies that will be available, nor by the version of the box that will be offered. Anyone will be able to purchase the same product, even after October 1, 2017, when those who are not members of the VIP program can purchase it.
LEGO has not communicated any information on the volume of sets that will be produced or on the duration of this box. Don't be swayed by those who are already crying out for shortages even before the set goes on sale. If there is a temporary break from September 14, which is very likely for a first production cycle, there will be something for everyone in the end.
Finally, I received a lot of messages relating to this sentence present in the official description of the product which generates a lot of confusion: "... With a new element planned for October 2017: the cockpit roof ...".
It's very simple, LEGO is talking about the visor of the ship's cockpit. Nothing more. And this piece will be present in all the sets sold. As the set is announced with a global release date until October 1st, the text refers to this date and not to the date of early sale for members of the VIP program.
- Darth adoyus : Wow!......
- chair : The UCS Venator is -25% at Dreamland (Belgium), i.e. 48...
- Daniel : I am too jealous :)...
- titof30980 : Except that it's 20% on the 79.99 for the r2d2 or 63 approximately...
- Laurent D'agostino : the rendering is very questionable...
- Mathieu : We currently find the same offers on Amazon...
- Damien : nothing to cry out for happiness! It's nice but it depends...
- Darth Vader45 : it is also likely that Amazon has aligned itself with the prices...
- legosanstric : This diorama is really nice. It will go very well with the others....
- Roland : Rha, the video is very appealing all the same......
