Another box taken from the LEGO stock is now for sale on the official online store. This is the reference 40254 Nutcracker initially offered during the Brick friday 2017 then again in December 2017 from € 65 purchase. The set is now sold for € 9.99.

I don't know if we can continue to talk about limited editions for these sets that are resurfacing now, but some of those who have spent the minimum required by buying a few sets at full price to get these promotional products must see some a bad eye the return of these boxes now sold at retail at a reasonable price.

I already told you that the Creator polybag 30478 Santa Claus is currently offered from 30 € purchase and the set 40254 Nutcracker offered during the last Brick friday is also back in the basket from 65 € of purchase. Until when ? Probably while stocks last for these two references.

The two offers can be combined and it is even possible to use the reduction code (-10 € from 65 € of purchase) present in the LEGO Christmas catalog. I tried at the moment, it works.

Today we go very quickly around the contents of the LEGO set 40640 Nutcracker, a seasonal novelty of 208 pieces which will be available on the official online store from September 1, 2023 at the retail price of €12.99.

The subject is about to become a chestnut tree at LEGO since the version offered by LEGO in 2017 on the occasion of Black Friday then put on sale at the public price of 9.99 € under the reference 40254 Nutcracker through the set 4002017 Nutcracker offered to employees of the manufacturer in the same year and by reference BrickHeadz 40425 Nutcracker marketed in 2020.

This new interpretation of the Nutcracker will not revolutionize the genre, it is a bit on the economy and the result obtained thanks to the inventory provided does not seem to me to be of the best barrel. It's necessarily crude, not very inspired in terms of the character's face and the 2017 version retains my preference.

The two seasonal sets associated with the end of year celebrations are now unveiled, this is one side of the reference 40425 Nutcracker, with a BrickHeadz version of the character already seen in 2017 at LEGO in sets 40254 Nutcracker et 4002017 Nutcracker, and on the other the reference 40426 Christmas Wreath 2-in-1 which allows, with its inventory of 510 pieces including 96 elements of greenery, to assemble a decorative centerpiece or a festive wreath to hang on the front door.
