Well, I can't resist the pleasure of posting you a snapshot of Nute Gunray's minifig from the second box of the Star Wars Advent Calendar, despite my promise yesterday ...
But since we never do things like everyone else at Hoth Bricks (A little self-satisfaction doesn't hurt...), I've put on the left the minifig from the 852844 magnet set released in 2010 in which Nute Gunray was accompanied by Onaconda Farr and Chancellor Palpatine.
Even if it is not visible in the photo, there is no doubt that the minifigure of the calendar is of much better quality in terms of plastic: We can clearly see the light through the legs of that of the pack of magnets and this transparency is not as obvious on the minifigure of the calendar.
As for the screen printing, it is difficult to be affirmative, the screen printing being darker on the minifig of the magnet pack, but the various photos available on flickr of the Nute Gunray of the calendar confirm significant variations in the density of the screen printing depending on the copies.
