Who takes care of AFOLs at LEGO? As some of you know, there is a service at LEGO that manages the relationship between the manufacturer and the adult fans: LE CEE Team (Community Engagement and Events Team) composed of three people: Kevin Hinkle for the Americas, Kim Thomsen for Western Europe and the "online" part and Jan Beyer for Asia, Central Europe and Australia. You have probably already heard of some of them, here or elsewhere ...
Since June 2013, these three people are now supervised from Billund by Keith Severson, the new "Senior Manager of Community Support at LEGO Group", present at LEGO for two years and passed through production and marketing.
Beyond the Brick was able to ask a few questions to this manager who takes care of us, the AFOLs, and if you speak a little English, you can find out what he has to say in the video below.
No major revelation or world scoop, but largely enough to understand who this manager is and how this CEE Team works that you can also follow via the dedicated blog.
You can try the French subtitling function offered by YouTube, but I warn you, the result is very approximate, not to say incomprehensible.
