bricklink afol designer program box reveal

If you have followed the evolution of Bricklink AFOL Designer Program and that you have invested your money in one or more of the proposed creations, here is the packaging in which you will receive your parts within a few weeks.

As expected, no LEGO logo on the box, but the manufacturer who is more or less a partner in the operation authorizes Bricklink to use the logo created to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the brick. Each set will be numbered.

More interesting, each box will be accompanied by a thematic visual covering to be placed behind the construction as in the example below. Convenient for exhibitions or the living room chest of drawers.

Even more interesting, an exclusive item produced only for the sets sold under this program will be inserted in each set.

You have until April 15 to possibly pre-order one or more models among those proposed. Some creations still have not reached 100% or more of crowdfunding and risk falling by the wayside. Those which have reached or exceeded 100% will be produced in a maximum of 2500 copies.
After April 15, you may be able to purchase one or more of the sets produced, depending on the stock remaining on the initial run.

The prices go up a bit, but each designer will receive a 10% commission on sales made. A bit like on the LEGO Ideas platform, but it's better paid.
