Each year, LEGO gives its employees a gift in the form of an exclusive set. In 2016, it was the very successful set 4002016 50 Years on Track which paid homage to the world of trains in LEGO sauce.
This year's one is an "other" version of the Nutcracker that we were able to get from LEGO a few weeks ago. In the box in the shape of a gatehouse of this set bearing the reference 4002017, a character made from Technic on its plinth. Probably a "tribute" to the 40th anniversary of the range Technic...
Nothing exciting for me, but if you like these exclusive boxes you will have no trouble finding an employee who sells this year's one on eBay... Count between 150 and 200 € to add this set, probably produced in more than 10.000 or 15.000 copies to your collection.
