Let's go for a small contest on the occasion of Black Friday 2019, with an obvious prize involved: a copy of the new set 76139 1989 Batmobile worth 249.99 €.
To participate, it's always so simple: You search the LEGO Shop for the answer to the question asked and you enter this answer in the area of the form below provided for this purpose. Random draw at the end of the competition among the correct answers.
As usual, those who are convinced that it is rigged because it does not fall on them, those who believe themselves to be smarter than the fraud detection system used here, those who are convinced that I will resell their email address to spammers and those who did not understand that it is not necessary to invite their facebook friends via comments can refrain from participating, we will not blame them. Another thing: There is no point in writing to me offering to buy back the box for half of its public price.
As usual, this no-obligation competition is open to all residents of mainland France, DOM & TOM, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. The prize will be shipped by me to the winner and by Colissimo with insurance and signature on delivery (and suitable packaging). The others will have to go to the checkout at LEGO if they want to afford this box.
Thanks to LEGO for providing the bundle and good luck to everyone!
PS: You will have noticed it, I violently moderate the comments on these contests and those which go there of the usual formulas of the type "... I try ...", "... I participate for my little ones ... "," ... I share in public mode and I invite Ginette and Liliane ... "," ... my son is terminally ill, he deserves to play LEGO one last time ... ", etc. .. obviously don't know it but they have no chance of winning.
The jury has deliberated and it is time to announce the results of the competition organized on the site on the basis of an idea proposed by LEGO. We are not going to lie to each other, this competition will not have unleashed passions or creativity. About fifteen participations, it is very little despite the endowment involved which allows to recover up to almost half of the purchase price of the set 75252 UCS Imperial Star Destroyer.
Three winners had to be designated and the three entries selected are those which seemed to us the most to correspond to the imposed criterion: "... Take some pretty pictures of your set in its exhibition context ...".
The first prize winner presents his ISD in an unusual position that required an effort of creativity and ingenuity to set it up, all against a backdrop rich in LEGO models. The second in the ranking has also made an effort of presentation by installing its ISD on a support that allows it to be admired from every angle and the third in the ranking presents the model more simply but also in a coherent Star Wars context.
This classification is obviously subjective, it is final and everyone had their preferences anyway among the different participations offered, some of which had moreover a more aesthetic, even downright minimalist, bias than others.
Thank you to the fifteen participants who played the game. The winners will be contacted by email to organize the transfer of points to their VIP account.
If you don't feel like waiting until November 1 to get your copy of the LEGO Ideas set 21320 Dinosaur Fossils (910 pieces - 59.99 €), know that Jonathan Brunn, the French fan designer behind the project, will be present at the LEGO Store in Bordeaux on Friday, October 25, 2019 from 17:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m. for a signing session.
You will therefore have the opportunity to get your signed copy in world preview and to exchange a few words with one of the three French designers who had the chance to see their ideas go down in posterity this year, both others being Kevin Feeser with the set 21318 Treehouse and Aymeric Fiévet with the set 21319 Central Perk.
If you live too far from Bordeaux to make the trip, I thought of you and I offer you a chance to win a copy of the set 21320 Dinosaur Fossils autographed by Jonathan Brunn via the contest below. No participation via comments.
Update : The winner was drawn at random and was notified by email, his nickname is indicated in the interface below. Without a response from him to my request for contact details within 5 days, a new winner will be drawn.
You bought the LEGO Star Wars set 75252 UCS Imperial Star Destroyer ? Have you already mounted it? Do you exhibit it at home? If so, here's an opportunity to add some VIP points to your account by participating in a contest organized in partnership with LEGO.
To participate, it's very simple: Take some pretty pictures of your set in its exhibition context, upload them wherever you want (flickr, social networks, etc ...), and let me know via the blog contact form so that I can take into account your participation in the operation and gather here the presentations in the running for the competition.
Three winners will be chosen from among all valid entries and the following prize is involved:
|
Showcases and other supports specially adapted for an original presentation are accepted. The best presentation will win.
As you can see, in addition to having bought, assembled and exhibited the set 75252, you must also be a member of the VIP program to be able to benefit from the endowment involved. Other sites offer or will offer the same operation , nothing prevents you from participating in all the contests at the same time.
No photos stolen from other owners of the set, no Photoshop montages, no photos taken in a public exhibition or in a LEGO Store. In case of doubt, I reserve the right to ask you for other photos, containing for example a document with your nickname, proving that it is indeed your set.
You have until October 31, 2019 to participate. The three winners will be chosen in early November. VIP points will be credited to their account immediately.
If you've already purchased the set but haven't opened the box yet, now is the time to get started. If you hesitate to invest nearly 700 € in this big set, this contest may also be the opportunity to get almost half the purchase price refunded in VIP points ...
If you have specific questions about how to participate, feel free to ask them in the comments.
Let's go to a little contest that will allow one of you to win a complete set of 18 LEGO Disney characters (ref. 71024 - Series 2). To be honest, when sending the boxes to the various sites responsible for promoting this new series of bags, the distribution of the bags in the boxes seemed really (too) random with only two complete series out of the 60 bags. of the box.
LEGO had therefore returned a new box thinking that this questionable distribution was a mistake (it was not). So I have some sachets left and I finally took the time to sort this second box to offer you a new complete series to win, obviously including the much requested Riri, Fifi and Loulou.
To participate, it's always so simple: You look for the answer to the question asked and you enter this answer in the area of the form below provided for this purpose. Prize draw at the end of the competition. No participation via comments.
Your contact details are only used in the context of this competition. I don't sell them to a spam box. As usual, this no-obligation competition is open to all residents of mainland France, DOM & TOM, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
Thanks to LEGO who regales via the endowment provided. The prize will be sent by me to the winner and by Colissimo followed with insurance and signature on delivery.
Good luck to everyone !
