Press conference: LEGO reveals its figures for 2016

Jørgen Vig Knudstorp changed offices on January 1, 2017 and now heads a new entity called "Lego brand group"which aims to better identify the possible opportunities that will not fail to be created in the near future around the LEGO brand.

The five lines that hit the mark in 2016: LEGO Ninjago, LEGO City, LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Friends and LEGO DUPLO. 335 new products were launched in 2016.

Turnover up 6% (5.5% with exchange rate differences), operating margin up 1.7% and net income (profit) up 2% in 2016 compared to 2015.
