To pass the time, here are some more DC Comics minifigs planned for 2016 with above left a Batman with armor and phosphorescent head which should be present (with an additional piece of armor) in set 76044 known for now as the appellation Clash of Heroes (Official visual available here), a LexCorp agent in the center and on the right (again) a version of the Batman from the film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice played by Ben Affleck (Minifig already seen online a few days ago).
For information, all these photos relayed on Eurobricks mostly come from facebook groups based in Mexico where all these new minifigs circulate.
Considering the proliferation of these buy / sell groups and the significant quantities of minifigs that pass from hand to hand before ending up sold at full price on eBay, it looks like LEGO has definitely given up on the idea of stopping the leaked minifigs per handful of twelve from its Monterey plant ...
We had discovered the new version of Wonder Woman a few weeks ago but I can not resist the urge to offer you other photos that I have just taken of this magnificent minifig which will be available in 2016 in the set 76046 based on the film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
The pad printing is superb, although the Flesh on a red background at the top of the torso and legs gives it a slightly rosy complexion. For the rest, it's flawless.
Below, two pictures of the Cosmic Boy minifigure which will be available soon in the polybag bearing the reference 30604.
End of the suspense concerning the minifig of Cosmic Boy uploaded by mistake by LEGO on its server a few days ago: It will be in a polybag bearing the reference 30604.
The bag is stamped with the logo of the Legion of Super Heroes of which Cosmic Boy is one of the members.
Considering that the visual of this minifig was originally uploaded to the LEGO server, it could possibly be a bag offered during an upcoming promotion on the LEGO Shop.
Update : The minifig (without the bag or dish which serves as a support) is already on sale on eBay at this address...
Cosmic Boy will join the long list of DC Comics super heroes in minifig format, the visual above (left) confirms this. The leader of the Legion of Superheroes is here in version New 52.
It remains to be seen if this minifigure will be delivered in a set, a polybag (30604?), with a book (DC Character Encyclopedia ?) or in a DVD box (LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes - Justice League: Cosmic Clash?) ...
Remember, a few months ago I told you about the next exhibition of Nathan Sawaya, world-renowned LEGO artist, some of you were able to admire the work of during the visit to France of the exhibition The Art of the Brig.
His next exhibition, which brings together more than 120 works based on the DC Comics universe, will open its doors in Sydney, Australia on November 20, before going around the world and probably passing through France.
History to salivate amateurs, the artist unveiled today the giant Batmobile (more than 500.000 bricks, 5.50 meters long) which will be at the center of this new exhibition.
