2018 will mark the return of the blue 32x32 (25x25cm) LEGO baseplate, withdrawn in 2015 and replaced by the version Sand / Sand (ref. Lego 10699).
The product reference changes and goes from 620 to 10714. Its public price should logically not exceed that of the green model still on the market (ref. Lego 10700) or € 7.99.
This is good news for lovers of aquatic dioramas who will soon be able to afford this baseplate again at the right price.
This "new" base plate is already listed at amazon (with a price a little surreal while waiting for the real availability of the product).
