If you are in Switzerland or in a border region, here is an exhibition that should please you: The science fiction museum "House elsewhere"from Yverdon-les-Bains is hosting until May 31, 2015 an exhibition bringing together works by renowned artists such as John Howe (artistic director of the films The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit by Peter Jackson) and Benjamin Carré (official illustrator Star Wars comic books published by Dark Horse Comics) as well as LEGO dioramas created by SwissLUG and LémanLUG around the theme of the design of the most emblematic fictional universes of science fiction and fantasy.

This is an opportunity for LEGO fans to have a change of scenery and admire ten quality dioramas based on the Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit and Steampunk universes.

The Alphabrick temporary exhibition is accessible from Tuesday to Friday from 14 p.m. to 00 p.m. and every Saturday and Sunday from 18 a.m. to 00 p.m.

For your GPS, the Elsewhere House is located at 14 Place Pestalozzi in Yverdon-les-Bains (1401).

I just remind you that the expo is currently in Lyon (La Sucrière - 49/50 quai Rambaud) until April 19, 2015. It is recommended to book tickets in advance (€ 19 full price, € 17 for children under 14) and rental of the audio guide and interactive bracelet is included in the price of the ticket.

Brick en Bulles organizes in partnership with the association Prince of Hearts a 100% LEGO exhibition at CREPS in Reims.
On the program: LEGO in all its flavors, lots of original MOCs on various and varied themes, a catering area, and an atmosphere that promises to be nice.

The exhibition will be open from 10 a.m. to 00 p.m. on Saturday 18 and Sunday 00 September. The entrance ticket is € 27 for adults, € 28 for children under 3 and it is free for children under 2.

In another register and if you are fans of LEGO but also history, you can go for a walk around the Atelier Grognard in Rueil-Malmaison (Napoleonic city) which hosts the exhibition "LEGO Brick Story"devoted to the architectural, cultural and artistic heritage of the monuments and places that marked the life of Joséphine and Napoleon.

On the program: Impressive constructions with several reproductions of historic places made up of hundreds of thousands of bricks such as the Château de la Malmaison or the Dôme des Invalides.

This exhibition, organized as part of the 2nd Imperial Jubilee and which should then travel to France, Europe and elsewhere, is visible until December 1st.

It will cost you 5 € (reduced price of 2.50 € under condition) to discover these high-end creations more closely. Free entry for minors and students. Opening of the exhibition every day from 13 p.m. to 30 p.m.

If you are looking for a LEGO exhibition to occupy your weekend, it is in Brittany that it happens with the first edition of Paint'hièvre Briques which will take place in the sports complex of Pont-Gagnoux in Pléneuf-Val-André (22 ).

On the menu: More than 1000 m2 dedicated to the LEGO universe, 25 highly motivated exhibitors from the four corners of Brittany and the Pays de Loire, A gigantic City diorama measuring 20 by 2 meters, Star Wars, the western, the Technic, etc ...

A construction area will be available to visitors, you can participate in the assembly of a giant mosaic, you can win many prizes (if you are lucky) and you are guaranteed to have a good time.

This exhibition is organized by the Griffons D'Armor, a sports paintball team, with the participation of BrickPirate and BrickOuest.

The price of admission is fixed at 2.50 €, it is free for children under 3 years old.

Second day on Fana'Briques 2014 with always so many people, and a very nice meeting with a young MOCeur member of the Fanabriques association who presents a really interesting Star Wars diorama.

Pierre "MiniBricks", 14 years old, works at the micro scale and reproduces many ships and machines with a real work of research and documentation. He also presents ships straight out of his imagination, which if they do not exist in the inventory of the saga, however, fit perfectly into the context. I present here some views of his diorama, but you can find all of his creations in his flickr gallery freshly uploaded.

Seen on the BricTechnic / TechLUG stand, this X-Wing Technic presented for the first time during the exhibition by Cypr-21 which changes us a bit from the usual construction machinery and other cranes. It's Star Wars, so I take this opportunity to put some pictures for you here. Another proof that Star Wars and Technic have things to say to each other.

There is too much to see on site to give you an exhaustive summary, and the privilege of visitors is to have access before anyone else to many creations which will then be presented for the most part from every angle. 'here a few days on the galleries of the various LUGs present.
