While waiting for possible revelations about the LEGO 2013 ranges at the next New York Comic Con 2012 (from October 11 to 14, 2012 and I will be there), a quick look at two exhibitions not to be missed if you like superheroes and cinema.
Festi'Briques 2012 will be held from October 26th to 28th, 2012 in Chatenoy-le-Royal (71) and will offer 1000 m² dedicated to cinema and Star Wars. 60 exhibitors are expected and numerous activities will be offered.
Evening opening on Friday, October 26, from 19:00 PM to 22:00 PM, and doors open at 9:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free for children under 4, €2 for those under 15, and €3 for those over 15. www.festibriques.fr
Briqu'Expo Diemoz 2013 will take place on September 14th and 15th, 2013 in Diemoz (38 - 20 km from Lyon) and will feature 800 m² of displays on the theme of superheroes. This exhibition is jointly organized by FreeLUG and the Le Sou des Ecoles association, which raises funds to finance equipment and outings for young schoolchildren in Diemoz and BaB.
Registration will open by the end of 2012, and in the meantime you can contact Yannick, who is coordinating everything, by writing to him at yannick.vignat (at) club-internet.fr . Entry will be free for children under 5, €1 for those under 14, and €3 for those over 14. www.freelug.org
