Well, I grant you, this info is not vital for LEGO fans, but for me it rekindles the hope of one day obtaining THE minifigure that is missing alongside Thor and Loki: That of Heimdall, the goalkeeper of Bifröst, played on screen by the excellent Idris Elba.
It is also the actor who released the information (see the interview with Telegraph) about Heimdall and Loki's presence in Avengers: Age of Ultron. It will probably only be a scene from the movie, but I still dare to believe that LEGO will one day release us this character in minifig. The version seen in the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes game (below) would be enough for me ...
The two Thor-centric Marvel films did not benefit from any merchandise at LEGO. The presence of the character in the first opus of the Avengers saga has nevertheless allowed us to obtain the minifigure of Chris Hemsworth in two sets released in 2012 (6868 Hulk's Helicarrier Breakout et 6869 Quinjet Aerial Battle) and even in a polybag (30163 Thor and the Cosmic Cube).
Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston, is also featured in three sets based on the Avengers movie: 6867 Loki's Cosmic Cube Escape, 6868 Hulk's Helicarrier Breakout et 6869 Quinjet Aerial Battle.
Heimdall deserves his minifigure. His presence, even symbolic in Avengers: Age of Ultron, would be a sufficient alibi to adapt this character whose helmet and armor are not (yet) within the reach of the best manufacturers of custom minifigs.
