Lego minecraft 2016

Minecraft and LEGO fans will be happy to discover the official visuals of the four sets planned for 2016. The others will just take a distracted look before returning to their occupations.

Whatever one thinks, this range has obviously found its audience since LEGO has continued to offer the different game universes in plastic versions since 2012, the year of the marketing of the first box in the range resulting from the LEGO CUUSOO concept (which has since become LEGO Ideas): 21102 LEGO Minecraft Micro World.

The full range today has 18 sets (includes the four boxes planned for 2016).

As I am naturally curious, do not hesitate to indicate in the comments if you acquire each year these sets based on the video game Minecraft.

40166 LEGOLAND Train

It's the "sensation" of the day on eBay where the box is already selling for three times its initial price: The set 40166 LEGOLAND Train, apparently exclusive to the theme parks of the same name and planned for 2016, is already offered by several sellers.

If you like trains and more or less exclusive products, this box of 210 pieces and 4 minifigs (no rails in the box) reproducing the little train that goes around the park is made for you.

Otherwise, you can return to unwrap your gifts.

2016 news online

I hope Santa has been generous with you this year. In any case, he did his best to please you, I'm sure.

If you have already planned to resell the gifts you do not need, you can use the money collected to give yourself the Star Wars novelties of the first half of 2016: They are already available on the LEGO Shop (except sets based on the film Star Wars: The Force Awakens announced for January 1, 2016).

I specify for all practical purposes that the promotion allowing to obtain the polybag 5002948 C-3PO from 30 € of purchase in LEGO Star Wars products runs until next December 31, there is still time to benefit from it, just to compensate for paying the Star Wars novelties at a high price to enjoy them now .

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a happy New Year's Eve. Be indulgent with your loved ones, go easy on foie gras and champagne and be careful on the roads.

Note: the direct links to the novelties put online by LEGO have been automatically updated on Pricevortex. If you find any products whose link is missing, please let me know.

laserlabs acrylic stands shuttle lego

Tired of tinkering with more or less stable and aesthetic supports to display your vessels? Do you want to be able to present your collection with taste to impress your friends or quite simply to give an "aerial" side to your favorite ships?

laserlabs offers on eBay a whole range of PMMA supports (polymethyl methacrylate), better known under the trade name Plexiglass, suitable for many LEGO products, neutral or engraved in the colors of some of the most emblematic flying machines of the Star Wars universe. I know some purists who would prefer to stay away from this type of product, but the result is still rather stunning.

The media are sold at very reasonable prices, but since the manufacturer is based in Australia, the shipping costs to France are relatively high. It is therefore necessary to resolve to acquire several models or to carry out a group order with other fan collectors to amortize a little the overall cost of the operation.

I instantly fell for a few supports, especially the version planned for the X-Wing by Poe Dameron from set 75102, the one specially designed for First Order Tie Fighter from set 75101 and the one adapted to theImperial Shuttle Tydirium from set 75094.

If you have purchased media from this merchant before, please let us know your thoughts on the overall quality and finish in the comments.

75097 LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar 2015

It's the end of the big annual Star Wars Advent Calendar unboxing (phew!) And in a few days, not much of this new wave of 24 mini-tips and other minifigs will be left in the memories of the fans of the LEGO Star Wars range.

We will still remember the two "flagship" minifigs of this 2015 version of the now traditional LEGO calendar. At first glance, one can legitimately wonder if LEGO did not force a little on the Star Wars / Christmas thematic association with this R2-D2 decked out in reindeer antlers and this C-3PO disguised as a supermarket Santa Claus.

And yet, with these two minifigs, LEGO pays tribute to the work of Ralph McQuarrie, genius illustrator at the origin in particular of the universe developed in Original Trilogy Star Wars, by reproducing the two characters as they are presented on the greeting card drawn by the artist and distributed by Lucasfilm in 1979 (Those who follow already know since february 2015).

The "santa yoda"of the 2011 LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar was already inspired by a greeting card McQuarrie designed for Lucasfilm in 1981.

Note: Now that you have unpacked the entire LEGO calendar, you can use the plastic insert that is inside the box to sort your pieces, it is very practical ...
