Ice-Watch will need to change packaging

The court decision has fallen: Ice-Watch, a Belgian brand of trendy watches, will have to change the packaging of its products in Belgium.

The court ruled in favor of LEGO, which defended the idea that the craze aroused by Belgian watches is partly due to their packaging, which strongly resembles a block of LEGO.

I am not going to say the opposite, it would be necessary to be in bad faith ....

Ice-Watch is also subject to a fine of € 10.000 per day in the event of the sale of watches in this deceptive packaging from the service of the judgment. (thanks to antp on HFR)
