A good license is a license that pays big. With Star Wars, no worries, the rule is respected.
Topp's, which makes tons of merchandise, is launching a new series of 240 Star Wars-themed playing and collectible cards. Obviously, LEGO was hanging around the corner and therefore renewed partnership with Topp's to insert some limited edition cards in the starter kits with special guest Darth Maul.
A Force Attax Clone Wars series has already been released, including a special LEGO minifigure card of Yoda as a bonus.
