LEGO Architecture 21036 Arc de Triomphe

This is a set that fans of the LEGO Architecture range are probably looking forward to: The Arc de Triomphe (21036) arrives in a LEGO version from August 1st to keep company with the Eiffel Tower (21019) and Louvre (21024).

I voluntarily leave aside the Villa Savoye (21014), even if it is a reproduction of a French building, which has not had the honor of entering my collection. I generally ignore the products of the Architecture range except for the most symbolic French monuments.

The set is still not listed on the LEGO Shop but it is already in pre-order at Amazon with some nice visuals and a short description that allows us to learn that the tomb of the unknown soldier will be represented by a golden element.

For the rest, the set is displayed at the price of 49.14 € at amazon. The official public price is not known, so far we were talking about 34.99 €, probably for Germany.

  • Recreate the splendor of one of the world's most famous landmarks with this beautiful lego brick model.
  • The triumphal arch was commissioned by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1806 to celebrate the military victories of the French armies.
  • Also includes a gold plaque to represent the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and a LEGO interpretation of the Eternal Flame, which is rekindled in Paris each evening to commemorate the victims of war.
