For those who don't know yet: the test phase of the VIP / Insiders program launched in fall 2021 in LEGO Certified Store De Créteil ended at the start of the year. Until now, it was possible to accumulate VIP points, use them during your purchases, take advantage of promotional offers linked to the program and register directly in store for this loyalty program.
This test phase should in principle allow all stakeholders involved in the management of these franchised stores commonly called Certified Stores to learn lessons from it in order to possibly one day consider generalizing the initiative to all Certified Stores from the country.
We do not yet know what lessons will be learned from this long testing period; we will have to wait for official communication from LEGO and the Italian company Percassi in charge of managing these stores to find out more.
